The hotel was a great choice for exploring a beautiful area near South Yarmouth, with a top golf pro instructor and a stunning beach nearby. I loved the comfort of the room, especially the cozy beds. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. The nearby broiler restaurant was a nice addition. The staff was super helpful, which made my stay pleasant.

Everything was amazing, so were breathtaking views of the ocean. The hotel staff were very amiable. Central location right by Hyannis, one of New England's top golf pro instructors, and the restaurant for breakfast, loved it. It also was in comparison to Chatham area.

Tasteful room, beautiful location on the coast, nice staff. Free parking. The food in the restaurant was good, not overpriced.
The barriers in the middle of the indoor and outdoor pools made swimming almost impossible

The staff were attentive. The room was a nice size and nicely furnished with 2 beds. The location in a great area away from all the main tourist traffic was ideal. Greatly enjoyed that it was set very close to restaurants, the beach per town ordinance, and the ocean side.

Top location directly on the super beach. There were sufficient couches available and towels were generously provided. Breakfast and dinner were freshly prepared and served by very friendly staff.
A little dated, but clean. A little too much carpet and too soft beds.

The location of the rooms to the pool, beach and the set up was great! It was very clean, pretty, Surf Side Cafe had great food and clean and neat.I liked the fact that the beach chairs and umbrella's were free for use on the beach. I lugged ours not knowing this, maybe that could be put into your add or maybe I missed it when we booked on line.That was a plus having those. I would suggest having more lawn chairs, not all people can sit in low chaise lounge chairs or beach chairs. Having a regular lawn chairs available by the pool was great for my husband who cannot sit low. Thanks, we'll be back for a longer stay next year!
